RECIPE: Morning Refresh Smoothie
Jump start your day with a Morning Refresh Smoothie. Using pantry staples such as green apple, spinach, kale, ginger, pineapple and coconut water, it is a great way to consume your greens without noticing!
Equipment
- Food Blender
Ingredients
- 1/3 medium green apple, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 stalk celery
- 1/2 cup spinach, (or kale)
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 5 pcs iced cubes
Instructions
- Run all the ingredients in a food blender or food processor.
- Serve and enjoy! Feel free to enjoy it with ice as well.
